Matt Robison interviews Chris Sprigman about the ‘conservative fortress in the judiciary’
The case for "judicial stripping."
One of the most gratifying things about running a publication is creating a community of writers. Matt Robison and Christopher Jon Sprigman are members of the Editorial Board. Matt is radio show host at WKXL in Concord, New Hampshire. Chris is a professor of law at New York University. Matt interviewed Chris about ideas he’s written about in the Editorial Board, especially what’s called “jurisdiction stripping.” That’s when the Congress limits the high court’s jurisdiction, thus countering what Chris calls the “conservative fortress in the judiciary.” I’m very pleased to offer subscribers this kind of content with a new and improved Editorial Board. Enjoy! Listen to parts 1 and 2 below. –JS
John Stoehr is the editor of the Editorial Board. He writes the daily edition. Find him @johnastoehr.

If you follow Moscow Mitch McConnell at all then you know what he has been up to for the past couple of decades in regards to shaping the courts to favor the wealthy, greedy, racist, conservative white males of American society. He hasn’t exactly kept it a secret.
Enjoyed the podcast.
OK. So the last few minutes of the second half were chilling. Now I need a drink.
